Describing itself as 'a filmmaker-driven film production and finance ecosystem,' the company focuses on prestige independent feature films with awards potential, partnering with financiers such as Three Point Capital. In 2023, the company formed a strategic alliance with British sales and distribution company Mister Smith Entertainment to co-develop and finance prestige independent features, and is known for its involvement in Michael Mann's Ferrari (2023), Downtown Owl (2023), and The Actor (2025).
