El Sastre del Rey AIE

El Sastre del Rey AIE is a Spanish Agrupación de Interés Económico (Economic Interest Grouping) incorporated in January 2025 in Conil de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain, established specifically as a co-production vehicle for the feature film 'El sastre del rey' (The King's Tailor), the directorial debut of acclaimed Spanish actor Pedro Casablanc. The AIE was formed as an auxiliary entity to its members — primarily Esto También Pasará SL and Bowfinger International Pictures SL — to facilitate the economic and fiscal efficiency of the film's multi-party co-production. The film, a family drama and political thriller set in 1960s Casablanca, is distributed by A Contracorriente Films and has the participation of RTVE, Canal Sur, Movistar Plus, and Netflix, with international sales handled by Film Factory Entertainment.
