Davis Entertainment Company is a Los Angeles-based independent film and television production company founded in 1984 by producer John Davis. Operating across three divisions — feature film, independent film, and television — the company develops and produces projects for major studios, independent distributors, networks, and streaming platforms. It has enjoyed a long-standing first-look deal with 20th Century Studios for film and a first-look television deal with Sony Pictures Television since 2013, and has produced over 130 feature films and TV projects collectively grossing more than $8 billion worldwide. Notable credits include the Predator franchise, I, Robot, Game Night, Prey, The Blacklist, The Equalizer, and Laid.
