CPB Films

Compagnie des Phares et Balises (CPB Films) is a Paris-based independent French audiovisual production and distribution company, founded in 1992 by Jean Labib and T. Celal. The company built its reputation on historical documentaries and artist portraits, later expanding to drama series, mini-series, and feature films through a Fiction & Cinema department launched in 2008 and led by producer Marco Cherqui. Its catalogue comprises over 500 hours of documentary and fiction content, with productions for major French broadcasters including Canal+, France Télévisions, Arte, and M6. Since 2024, CPB Films operates as part of Incognita Studio, born from the merger of CLPB Media and Incognita.
