Convergence Entertainment Inc. is an independent film production and talent management company headquartered in Los Angeles with offices in Singapore, founded by Tim Kwok. The company focuses on the development, production, and international co-production of feature films based on intellectual properties such as video games, comic books, and animated or toy characters — for both the Hollywood studio system and the independent film market. Convergence also specializes in entertainment consulting and management representation of Asian companies in both US and international markets. Its sister company, Cinema Asia Releasing, theatrically distributes Asian-language feature films in the North American market.
