About

Concord Originals is the narrative content creation division of Concord, a leading independent music rights and entertainment company. Officially launched in 2021, Concord Originals develops and produces feature films, series, documentaries, and podcasts anchored by Concord's vast catalog of artists, music, and theatrical works — including the catalogs of Rodgers & Hammerstein, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Stax Records, and Cyndi Lauper. The division takes a proactive, narrative-driven approach to each project and partners with A-list storytellers to produce premium content for screen and beyond. In June 2025, Concord Originals significantly expanded its scope by acquiring the historic RKO film studio, with RKO now operating as an imprint under Concord Originals.
