Catherine Willis Casting Limited (also known as CW Casting) is a London-based award-winning freelance casting company founded in 2006 by Casting Director Catherine Willis. The company specialises in television drama, film, comedy, theatre, and commercial casting, with a particular strength in discovering new and emerging talent. Clients include global streamers and national broadcasters such as BBC, ITV, Netflix, Disney+, Channel 4, and Sky, with notable credits including Detectorists (BAFTA-winning), Renegade Nell, A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, The Gathering, The Full Monty, and Changing Ends. Catherine Willis won the 2023 RTS Craft and Design Award for Casting for Somewhere Boy.
