Carol Mendelsohn Productions (CMP) is the Los Angeles-based television production company founded by veteran showrunner and writer-producer Carol Mendelsohn, best known for serving as showrunner and executive producer of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and co-creating CSI: Miami, CSI: NY, and CSI: Cyber. The company operates with producing partner Julie Weitz and has held successive overall/first-look deals at Sony Pictures Television (through ~2018), Universal Television (2018–2022), and Fox Entertainment (2022–present). Its most recent greenlit project is The Faithful, a six-episode biblical event limited series for Fox, premiering spring 2026.
