Cap Gun Collective is an award-winning, director-led, live-action commercial production company based in Chicago, IL, with offices in Los Angeles. Founded in 2009 by Matt Abramson and Alex Fendrich, the company serves as a conduit for directors, writers, producers and brands, with a mission to entertain, tell great stories, and create memorable characters. Alongside its commercial production arm, Cap Gun operates Cap Gun TV (CGTV), a hybrid development studio that develops, produces, and markets original content for broadcast, film, digital, and video-on-demand platforms. The company has an international presence and notable award wins including a first-ever Comedy Central Short Pilot Competition victory in 2012 and a Gold at the 2023 Chicago ADDYs.
