BOOM! Studios is an American comic book and graphic novel publisher founded in 2005 by Ross Richie and Andrew Cosby, headquartered in North Hollywood, California. As of September 2024, it operates as a subsidiary of Penguin Random House within the Random House Worlds imprint portfolio, publishing across four distinct imprints: BOOM! Studios, BOOM! Box, KaBOOM!, and Archaia. The company is known for bestselling original works such as BRZRKR (Keanu Reeves), Something is Killing the Children, and Lumberjanes, as well as major licensed properties including Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Dune, and The Expanse. BOOM! has an active media division that has produced adaptations for streaming and theatrical release, including The Empty Man (20th Century Studios), Mech Cadets (Netflix), and Butterfly (Prime Video).
