Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Toronto with offices in Los Angeles, Blink49 Studios is a full-service independent studio focused on the development, production, and monetization of premium scripted and unscripted content for the global marketplace. Led by co-founders and veteran eOne executives John Morayniss (CEO) and Nelson Kuo-Lee (COO), the studio is backed by anchor investor and lead strategic partner Fifth Season (formerly Endeavor Content), with additional strategic investment from Bell Media. Blink49 has quickly established itself as a major force in Canadian and international television, with hits including Wild Cards, Sight Unseen, Beast Games, and The Braxtons, and has expanded its footprint through acquisitions of Front Street Pictures and Pier21 Films. The company also operates Studio Ventures divisions including a Brand Studio, Creator Studio, and Vertical Content division.
