Asian Project Market (APM) is the first and largest co-production platform in Asia, operating as a core program of the Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM), itself a part of the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF). Originally launched in 1998 as the Pusan Promotion Plan (PPP), it was rebranded as APM in 2011 and has grown into Asia's biggest and most important film pre-market. Each year APM selects approximately 30 feature film projects — ranging from big-scale commercial films to low-budget independents — and connects them with global investors, producers, distributors, and sales agents. In 2026 (its 29th edition), APM received a record 604 project submissions from 48 countries.
