About
Arad Productions, Inc. is an independent Los Angeles-based production company founded by Israeli-American producer Avi Arad and his son Ari Arad following Avi's departure from Marvel Studios in 2006. The company is best known for producing Marvel-licensed films outside the Marvel Cinematic Universe — including the Amazing Spider-Man series, Venom franchise, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and its sequel, and most recently Borderlands and Kraven the Hunter — as well as genre-spanning projects such as Ghost in the Shell, Uncharted, and the animated series Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures. The company is currently in active production on The Legend of Zelda live-action feature film (co-produced with Nintendo and Sony Pictures) and the Amazon MGM Studios Mass Effect television series.
