AGC Studios is an independent American film and television production, financing, and global licensing studio founded in February 2018 by Chairman and CEO Stuart Ford as a successor to IM Global. The studio develops, produces, finances, and globally licenses a diverse slate of feature films, scripted and unscripted TV, factual content, documentaries, and music-driven projects with a wide-ranging multicultural focus. Operating through four principal subsidiaries — AGC Productions, AGC International, AGC Capital, and AGC Unwritten — the company is backed by investors including MediaNet Partners, Image Nation Abu Dhabi, and Silicon Valley entrepreneur Greg Clark.
