A+E Global Media (formerly A+E Networks) is an American multinational media and entertainment company operating as a 50-50 joint venture between Hearst Communications and The Walt Disney Company. The company owns and operates a portfolio of cable television brands including A&E, History Channel, Lifetime, LMN, FYI, and Vice TV, reaching more than 414 million households in over 200 territories in 40+ languages. It also operates full-scale production capabilities through A+E Studios and A+E Factual Studios, and digital offerings including SVOD products A&E Crime Central, HISTORY Vault, and Lifetime Movie Club, plus 60+ FAST channels. In March 2025, the company rebranded from A+E Networks to A+E Global Media to signal its evolution beyond traditional cable into a multi-platform global entertainment provider.
