A. Smith & Co. Productions is an American unscripted television production company founded in 2000 by Arthur Smith and Kent Weed, and headquartered in Los Angeles, California. The company has produced more than 200 series for over 50 networks, generating over 12,000 hours of programming, and is best known for long-running hits such as Hell's Kitchen (FOX) and American Ninja Warrior (NBC). Since 2011 it has been owned by Welsh media group Tinopolis, operating as the group's flagship North American production entity, with formats sold to over 120 international territories.
