20th Television Animation

20th Television Animation (formerly Fox Television Animation) is an American animation studio and standalone production unit of Disney Television Studios under The Walt Disney Company, specializing in adult and teen-targeted animated television series and specials. It is widely regarded as the most prolific studio in adult animation, home to landmark long-running franchises including The Simpsons, Family Guy, Bob's Burgers, American Dad!, Futurama, and King of the Hill. The studio handles animation pre-production and post-production while subcontracting physical animation to third-party studios including Film Roman, Titmouse, Bento Box Entertainment, and Rough Draft Studios. Relaunched as an independent unit in March 2021 under EVP Marci Proietto, the studio relocated from the Fox Studio Lot in Century City to Walt Disney Studios in Burbank in late 2025.
