Zachary 'Zak' Kristofek is a Hollywood film producer and co-founder/partner at TRACTION (tractionpictures.com), a diversified development, production, and management company he launched with Jason Tamasco in 2021. He built his career from the ground up as a line producer, production manager, and assistant director, rising to Head of Physical Production at Bad Idea Films where he oversaw productions including Paul Dano's 'Wildlife' (Sundance 2018) and Paramount's 'Book Club.' At TRACTION, his producing credits include 'A Lot of Nothing' (SXSW 2022), the Orlando Bloom-starring action thriller 'Red Right Hand' (2024), and 'The Pirate King' (SXSW 2026), with an active slate including 'Big Nickel' (with Arclight Films) and thriller 'Hyde' in pre-production. Known for his keen eye for compelling scripts, Kristofek has achieved recognition with placements on the industry's The Black List and The Tracking Board's Hit List.
