Virginia Rankin is an award-winning Canadian producer and founder of Rankin File Productions, working across scripted development and production in Canada, the U.S., and internationally. She is best known as Executive Producer of the multi-award-winning medical drama Transplant (CTV/NBC) and four seasons of the International Emmy-nominated police drama 19-2 (CTV), along with This Life (CBC) and Bad Blood (CityTV/Netflix). She was a founding in-house Executive Producer at Blink49 Studios before launching Rankin File Productions in 2025 with a first-look deal at Blink49. A graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts (BFA) and the Canadian Film Centre's Prime Time Television program, Rankin began her career as a development executive at CTV.
