Sarah Watson is a television writer, producer, showrunner, and novelist best known as the creator of the Freeform drama series The Bold Type (2017–2021) and as a writer and executive producer on NBC's critically acclaimed Parenthood. She has sold pilots to ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and Amazon, and struck an overall deal with Fox Entertainment in 2020. Most recently she has been writing for the Disney+ series Percy Jackson and the Olympians (Seasons 2–3), and she is also the author of the YA debut novel Most Likely (Poppy/Little Brown, 2020).
