Randall Keenan Winston is an American television producer, director, and occasional actor best known for his decades-long creative partnership with Bill Lawrence, producing acclaimed sitcoms including Spin City, Scrubs, Cougar Town, and Shrinking. He received a telecommunications degree from Ohio University in 1989 and began his career as a production assistant before rising through associate producer and producer roles on 1990s sitcoms. He has earned three Primetime Emmy nominations and a 2004 PGA Danny Thomas Producer of the Year nomination for Scrubs. He currently serves as Executive Producer and Director on Apple TV+'s Shrinking (Season 4 confirmed), and has recently directed episodes of Abbott Elementary, St. Denis Medical, and Clean Slate.
