Randall Keenan Winston is an American television producer and director best known for his decades-long creative partnership with Bill Lawrence, spanning acclaimed sitcoms including Spin City, Scrubs, Cougar Town, and Shrinking. He currently serves as Executive Producer and Director on Apple TV+'s Shrinking (Seasons 1–3, with Season 4 confirmed) and Executive Producer on ABC's Scrubs revival (Season 10, 2026). He has earned three Primetime Emmy nominations (Outstanding Comedy Series), an NAACP nomination, and a 2004 PGA Danny Thomas Producer of the Year nomination for Scrubs, and has recently directed episodes of Abbott Elementary, St. Denis Medical, and Clean Slate.
