Nina Jacobson is the founder and president of Color Force, the independent film and television production company she established in 2007, after serving as president of the Walt Disney Motion Picture Group (Buena Vista Motion Pictures Group). She is best known for producing The Hunger Games franchise ($2.9 billion+ worldwide), Crazy Rich Asians, the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, and the Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning American Crime Story anthology. Partnered with Brad Simpson since 2012, Color Force currently holds an overall film deal with Sony Pictures Entertainment and a TV deal with FX Productions through 2027, with upcoming projects including The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping (2026) and American Love Story.
