Nick Gillespie is an award-winning filmmaker and Director of Photography based in the UK, primarily working on feature films, television drama, and documentary. He is closely associated with director Ben Wheatley, having served as camera operator and additional photographer on Kill List, Sightseers, A Field in England, High-Rise, Free Fire, In the Earth, and the 2025 Film 4 feature Bulk. As a DP in his own right, his key credits include Shane Meadows' The Virtues (Channel 4/Warp Films), ITV's Trigger Point, and Generation Z, and he also writes and directs his own independent features including Paul Dood's Deadly Lunch Break (SXSW 2021 Best Screenplay winner) and Tank 432.
