Cuban American Casting Director and Producer Natalie Ballesteros is a partner and co-founding member of Adams, Ballesteros, Luna Casting (ABL Casting), a bicoastal casting office focused on authentic and inclusive representation in film, television, and animation. Prior to launching ABL Casting in mid-2021, she served as Director of Talent and Casting at CBS Network TV (2020–2021), covering flagship series including NCIS, Blue Bloods, The Equalizer, Bull, and others. Her extensive pre-CBS portfolio includes Pixar's Academy Award-winning Coco, Narcos: Mexico (Netflix), Los Espookys and Icebox (HBO), East Los High (Hulu), and Soldados o Zombies (Amazon International). A fluent Spanish speaker of Cuban heritage, she holds a BFA in Performance from the University of Miami and is based in Studio City, Los Angeles.
