Morgan Neville (born October 10, 1967, Los Angeles) is an Academy Award, Grammy Award, Emmy Award, and Peabody Award-winning documentary filmmaker and the Founder & President of Tremolo Productions, which he founded in 1999. His film 20 Feet from Stardom (2014) won the Oscar for Best Documentary Feature and a Grammy for Best Music Film; Won't You Be My Neighbor? (2018) became the highest-grossing biographical documentary of all time; and Piece by Piece (2024) brought the Pharrell Williams story to life through LEGO animation. His most recent work includes Man on the Run (2025, Paul McCartney/Wings via Amazon MGM) and Lorne (2026, Lorne Michaels/SNL via Focus Features), with Cinetic Media now managing his expansion into scripted storytelling alongside ongoing representation by WME.
