Lee Eisenberg is a WGA Award-winning, eight-time Emmy-nominated American writer, producer, director, and showrunner best known for his five seasons on NBC's The Office, where he rose to co-head writer. He co-founded Quantity Entertainment with frequent collaborator Gene Stupnitsky and later launched Piece of Work Entertainment under a multi-year overall deal with Apple TV+. His recent credits include showrunner/creator of Lessons in Chemistry (Apple TV+, 2023), co-creator of the Peabody Award-winning Jury Duty (2023), and the Apple TV+ series WeCrashed (2022) and Little America (2020). As of June 2025, he is in negotiations to serve as showrunner on the Apple TV+ comedy Brothers, starring Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson.
