Kirstie Macdonald is a UK-based television creative executive and producer with over two decades of experience in British drama. She began her career as a script editor in 1999, working on shows including The Bill and New Tricks, before rising through the ranks at World Productions where she script-edited Line of Duty and served as executive producer on In Plain Sight and Dark Angel. After serving as Creative Director, Drama at Expectation (overseeing the launch of Guilt), she was appointed Creative Director of FilmNation TV UK — a joint venture between FilmNation Entertainment and Viaplay Group — in October 2019, where she leads development, production, and talent relationships for premium scripted content.
