Kathy Gilroy (also credited as Kathy Gilroy-Sereda) is a veteran Canadian film and television producer and production manager based in Vancouver, BC, with a career spanning over three decades. She is best known for her long-running collaboration on prestige genre television, including serving as producer and line producer across all of Mike Flanagan's Netflix horror anthology projects — The Haunting of Bly Manor, Midnight Mass, The Midnight Club, and The Fall of the House of Usher — as well as producing Yellowjackets (Season 2) and the Apple TV+ sports comedy series Stick (2025). Earlier in her career she held production management and co-producing roles on Chris Carter's Millennium and served as production manager on Freddy vs. Jason. She operates her own banner, KG Productions, and is represented by Independent Artist Group.
