Judy Bowman, CSA, is a New York-based casting director with over 30 years of experience spanning theater, film, and television, including Broadway and off-Broadway productions, regional theaters, independent features, and experiential entertainment. She is the founder and owner of Judy Bowman Casting and, as of January 2025, also serves as Vice President of Talent Casting & Recruitment at RWS Global, a leading producer of live experiences for cruise ships, resorts, and theme parks worldwide. Known for championing ethnically diverse and inclusive casts, her film credits include 'Hurricane Bianca,' 'Mean Girls,' 'Something's Gotta Give,' and 'Shortbus,' and she served as dedicated casting director for the American Repertory Theatre (2003–2008). She is a former Adjunct Assistant Professor in the MFA Film Department at Columbia University and has guest-taught at NYU, Harvard, and Carnegie Mellon.
