Judi Brown Marmel is a Colorado Springs–born, Los Angeles–based entertainment executive and one of the only women to found and run a major comedy management firm. In 2009 she co-founded Levity Live (LEG Corp) with partners Robert Hartmann and Stu Schreiberg, building it into a fully integrated comedy empire encompassing talent management for ~75 comedians, 20 live venues (including The Improv brand), and multiple production banners. Over 30+ years she has executive produced hundreds of comedy specials and major projects including Netflix's Leanne and Free Bert, HBO Max's Bookie, and feature films The Machine and About My Father.
