Joyce Pierpoline is an award-winning independent film producer and founder of Pierpoline Films, a full-service production company based in New York and Paris. She is best known for producing the Sundance cult classic Teeth (2007), The Listener (2022, Venice Film Festival), and Mediha (Grand Jury Prize, DOC NYC 2023), as well as Neil LaBute's debut In the Company of Men (1997). She began her career in France overseeing international press for the Cannes Film Festival and as an acquisitions and production executive for UGC. Since January 2024, she has served as Chair of BAFTA North America's Board of Directors, and is co-founder of the PGA's Women's Impact Network.
