Johnny Capps is a British television producer and writer, best known for co-creating the BBC fantasy adventure series Merlin (2008–2012) and Atlantis (2013–2015) alongside Julian Murphy. He co-founded Urban Myth Films in January 2013 with Murphy and BAFTA award-winning writer Howard Overman, where he serves as Company Director, having previously co-founded Shine Drama in 2002. Under Urban Myth Films, he has executive produced international hits including A Confession (ITV), War of the Worlds (Fox/Canal+), The Lazarus Project (Sky), and the Has Fallen franchise series for StudioCanal.
