Joe Hartwick Jr. is an American film and television producer and co-founder of OddBall Entertainment, established in 2014 alongside director Wes Ball. He rose through the industry ranks as a production accountant and production supervisor before transitioning into producing, earning credits across the full Maze Runner trilogy (2014–2018) and Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes (2024). OddBall Entertainment has held successive first-look deals at 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, and currently Sony Pictures, where Hartwick is producing the live-action Legend of Zelda adaptation (principal photography wrapped April 2026; releasing April 30, 2027). In February 2025, Hartwick and OddBall Entertainment signed with CAA as their talent agency.
