Howard Gordon is an Emmy Award- and Golden Globe Award-winning American television writer, showrunner, and producer. He co-created and executive produced Homeland (Showtime, 2011–2020) alongside Alex Gansa and Gideon Raff, and previously served as showrunner of 24 (Fox, 2001–2010) for its full run; earlier credits include The X-Files, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Angel. He is currently showrunner and executive producer of Accused (FOX, Season 2, 2024) and The Beast in Me (Netflix, 2025), producing through his Teakwood Lane Productions banner, now based at Sony Pictures Television.
