About
Holly Bario is President of Production at Amblin Entertainment, where she oversees all film releases under the Amblin Entertainment and DreamWorks Pictures banners in close collaboration with Steven Spielberg. Since joining the company in 2008, films under her leadership have earned 56 Academy Award nominations and nine wins, with highlights including Best Picture winner Green Book, The Help, and Netflix record-breaker Carry-On. Prior to Amblin, she spent over a decade at Universal Pictures, rising to EVP of Production, where she shepherded The Fast and the Furious franchise and major comedies including The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up. She is a graduate of Emerson College ('89) and a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
