Gigi Pritzker (born Jean Pritzker, July 27, 1962, Chicago, IL) is the Founder and CEO of Madison Wells, an award-winning independent entertainment company she co-founded in 2015 that develops, produces, and finances projects across film, television, and theater with a focus on stories by, for, and about women and boundary-pushers. She previously founded Odd Lot Entertainment in 2001, which she merged into Madison Wells, building a career that spans Oscar-winning films (The Eyes of Tammy Faye), Academy Award-nominated dramas (Hell or High Water, Drive, Rabbit Hole), Tony-winning Broadway productions (Hadestown, Shucked), and Emmy-nominated television (Genius, The Dragon Prince). Widely named one of the most powerful women in Hollywood, she has been featured on Variety's 500, The Hollywood Reporter's 25 Players Who Can Actually Get an Independent Movie Made, and The Wrap's Changemakers 2024, and serves on the Sundance Institute Board of Trustees.
