Danielle Aufiero is an award-winning casting director and co-founder of Aufiero/Horn Casting, a women-owned company she launched in 2010 alongside partner Amber Horn, specializing in television, film, and children's/family programming. Together they have cast over 75 feature films, television pilots, and series for clients including Netflix, Disney, Apple TV+, ABC, Warner Bros., and Freeform, with notable credits including On My Block, The Baby-Sitters Club, Andi Mack, The 100, Motherland: Fort Salem, and Best Foot Forward. She is a two-time Emmy Award winner (The Healing Powers of Dude, Best Foot Forward) and multiple Artios Award winner, and has also co-written and co-produced short film work recognized on the festival circuit. She and Amber Horn were honored at the 2023 Media Access Awards by Easterseals for their pioneering work in inclusive and authentic casting.
