About
Craig Campobasso is an Emmy-nominated Casting Director (CSA), award-winning filmmaker, author, and acting coach based in the Los Angeles area. A California native, he began his entertainment career at age fifteen, later working on iconic productions including David Lynch's Dune, Conan the Destroyer, and Total Recall, before receiving his Emmy nomination for Outstanding Casting for a Series for David E. Kelley's Picket Fences. He directs, writes, and produces under his own banner Craig Campobasso Casting, and is also a prolific sci-fi/UFO author whose documentary The Extraterrestrial Species Almanac (2024) he directed. He is a CSA (Casting Society of America) member.
