Brian Skiba is an Arizona-based director, producer, and writer of feature films for screen and television, named Arizona's Filmmaker of the Year and recognized as a 'prolific genre filmmaker' by the LA Times (Noel Murray, April 2019). A graduate of Arizona State University with a B.A. in English and a minor in Creative Writing, he broke out with Blood Moon Rising (2010, Entertainment One) and Dirty Little Trick (2011, Showtime), before directing The 2nd (2020) — which hit #1 on Apple TV and Netflix over Labor Day weekend — and Pursuit (2022, Lionsgate), starring John Cusack. He is the founder and president of Victory Angel Films (Tempe, AZ) and has directed over 40 feature films spanning horror, action, thriller, Christmas, and Western genres, with recent credits including Dead Man's Hand (2023), Clear Cut (2024), and Gunslingers (2025).
