Brian Skiba is an Arizona-based director, producer, and writer of feature films for screen and television, named Arizona's Filmmaker of the Year and recognized as a 'prolific genre filmmaker' by the LA Times (Noel Murray, April 2019). A graduate of Arizona State University with a B.A. in English and a minor in Creative Writing, he has directed over 40 feature films spanning horror, action, thriller, Christmas, and Western genres. His breakthrough hit The 2nd (2020) reached #1 on Apple TV and Netflix over Labor Day weekend, followed by Pursuit (2022, Lionsgate), Gunslingers (2025, Lionsgate) starring Nicolas Cage, and the upcoming desert race thriller Dead End. He is the founder and president of Victory Angel Films (Tempe, AZ) and principal of SkibaVision, a film, television, and media content production company.
