Ben Megargel is a Los Angeles-based unscripted television development executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development, Unscripted Television at Blink49 Studios, where he works alongside President of Global Unscripted Television Tara Long. He built his career across nearly a decade at Entertainment One (eOne), rising from Director to SVP of Development, where he developed landmark unscripted programming including the Growing Up Hip Hop franchise for WEtv and the viral MILF Manor for TLC. Prior to eOne, he held roles at Karga Seven Pictures, Oxygen Media, and NBC Universal. He was named to Realscreen's Factual Under 40 list in 2026 and has created, developed, and produced over 1,800 episodes of unscripted content across his career.
