She is credited with defining the casts of landmark series including Freaks and Geeks, The Office (US), Parks and Recreation, Veep, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and The Good Place, as well as films such as Borat, Superbad, Bridesmaids, Lady Bird, Booksmart, and Barbie. A four-time Primetime Emmy winner, she operates her own casting company, Allison Jones Casting, and continues to work across comedy, drama, and genre filmmaking.
