Zadan/Meron Productions

Zadan/Meron Productions (formerly Storyline Entertainment) was the banner of producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, specializing in musical feature films, television movies, live broadcast musicals, Broadway productions, and event television. The company is best known for the Oscar-winning Best Picture Chicago (2002), Hairspray (2007), the NBC live musical franchise (The Sound of Music Live!, Peter Pan Live!, The Wiz Live!, Hairspray Live!, and Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert), and producing three consecutive Academy Awards telecasts (2013–2015). Co-founder Craig Zadan passed away in August 2018, and Neil Meron continues to operate the company under the Zadan/Meron Productions name, based at Universal Television.
