Wolf Entertainment

Wolf Entertainment is a privately held American television production company founded in 1988 by Dick Wolf and based at the Universal Studios Lot in Universal City, California. The company is best known for producing three major franchise universes — Law & Order, One Chicago, and FBI — which air on NBC and CBS, making it one of the most prolific scripted TV producers in history. As of 2024, Wolf Entertainment has produced over 40 television series totaling more than 2,500 episodes and has received 96 Emmy nominations. Under an exclusive overall deal with Universal Television extended through 2027, the company has also expanded into streaming, podcasting, unscripted, and documentary content.
