Waterman Entertainment

Waterman Entertainment (WE) is an animation and live-action production company founded by veteran film and television producer Steve Waterman. The company focuses on creating, financing, and distributing film, television, and digital media properties across multiple platforms, with a specialty in family entertainment and classic IP revivals. WE is known for its association with major franchise films including the Alvin and the Chipmunks series and Stuart Little, and previously owned animation studio Film Roman (2015–2018). The company runs as a family operation, managed by founder Steve Waterman alongside his sons Cooper and Tucker Waterman.
