About

Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures is the live stage production division of Warner Bros. Discovery, dedicated to developing, producing, and licensing musicals, plays, and other live performances adapted from the Warner Bros. library of film and television properties. Founded in May 2003, the division has produced and co-produced numerous Broadway productions including Beetlejuice, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (Tony Award winner), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Good Night and Good Luck, Dog Day Afternoon, and The Lost Boys, while also overseeing global stage licensing for titles such as The Wizard of Oz, Hairspray, Singin' in the Rain, and The Bodyguard. Under the leadership of EVP & Chief Content Officer Mark Kaufman, the division operates primarily from its New York office and reports into Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group.
