TW Cast & Recruit, LLC is a Wilmington, North Carolina-based extras and background casting company founded by Taylor Woodell in 2015. Specializing in sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling background actors for film and television productions across the U.S. Southeast, the company's credits include Netflix's Outer Banks (Seasons 1 & 2), Hulu's Reprisal, Paramount's George and Tammy, Hightown (Seasons 2 & 3), Blumhouse's The Black Phone, and Amazon's The Summer I Turned Pretty. In 2018, the company expanded its business model to also include contract recruiting services for Southeastern businesses.
