TuYo Theatre

TuYo Theatre is a nonprofit Latinx theatre company based in San Diego, California, founded in 2018 with a mission to create and produce theatre that tells stories from and by diverse Latinx perspectives. It is the only San Diego company dedicated exclusively to producing Latine theatre for and by Latine artists, operating with a horizontal and democratic leadership model. TuYo keeps tickets accessible through pay-what-you-can pricing and has partnered with institutions including SDSU, CSUSM, UCSD, and the La Jolla Playhouse, while producing NNPN Rolling World Premieres and original commissions focused on the San Diego South Bay community.
