Launched in 2016 under a pod deal with Aaron Kaplan's Kapital Entertainment, the company develops and produces comedy and drama projects for broadcast network and cable television, operating out of Kapital Entertainment's West Hollywood offices. Its credits include the CBS sitcoms 9JKL, The Neighborhood, The Unicorn, Fam, Merry Happy Whatever, and the 2025 CBS comedy DMV.
