Tri Destined Casting is the in-house casting division of Tri Destined Studios, Inc., a Hollywood-based, African American-owned independent production and distribution studio founded in 1998 by Nikaya 'ND' Brown Jones and Trey Haley. The casting arm is led by Head of Casting Jeff Lam and is responsible for talent casting across the studio's film and television productions. The division is best known for casting the hit BET/BET+ crime drama franchise Carl Weber's 'The Family Business' and 'The Black Hamptons,' which have aired on BET, BET+, Netflix, and Lifetime.
