Traction (legal name: Traction Media Inc.) is an independent film and television production company based in Los Angeles, California, founded in 2021. The company develops, produces, and delivers features and limited series with a focus on bold, commercially viable storytelling across all genres. Co-founded by producers Jason Tamasco, Zak Kristofek, and Keith Danko, the company's credits include the Netflix series El Chapo, the Shudder title Deadtectives, A Lot of Nothing (SXSW), Red Right Hand starring Orlando Bloom, and The Pirate King, which world-premiered at SXSW 2026.
